All products sold on this website are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

4. Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Delivery is via FedEx next-day courier to mainland UK addresses. Delivery is free of charge on all orders. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier that are outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. 7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pure-synergy.co.uk. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Duration and terms vary by product and brand. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
